Terms And Conditions
We are usually able to arrange additional local services. These include floral arrangements as required, food shopping, daily maid service, winter wood delivery for open fires, French teaching and a daily chef. Please request when booking. These services are paid for locally on arrival.
A contract will be sent at the time of booking and must be returned. This gives further details of terms and conditions. We do not provide holiday insurance.
Complimentary local wines welcome you to the Mas de Cadignac.
Holiday contract includes: linen, bedding and towels, gas, water and electricity.
Greeting and checking out by our fluent English and French speaking local agent, who is available during your holiday to respond quickly to any queries.
Final clean is payable locally, depending on the number of people in your party.
Changeover day is Saturday in high season.
Reservation confirmation is on receipt of 50% payment of the total holiday fee, to be made by bank transfer. The balance is to be received by bank transfer eight weeks prior to the first day of the rental period. For bookings made closer than eight weeks the full balance is payable on booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cleaning and change of linen can be arranged in advance or on arrival.
A security deposit of £750 Sterling is required against breakages and damage, payable by bank transfer with the rental balance. This will be returned, less any appropriate amounts, at the end of the rental.
Low season, long let, part week and weekend specials are available. Discounts may be available for small groups.
Groups up to 14 can be accommodated, a pro-rata per person charge will be made for groups larger than 12. |
